Pulse is a proud donator to the Onslow Victim's Center, a non-profit that combats domestic violence. 10% of membership goes to the Onslow Victim's Center every month.
Pulse Pilates is also a drop off location for gently used clothing for our members, which is re-sold at Finder's Keepers, the Onslow Victim's Center's Thrift Store.

Pilates focuses on the deep core and smaller muscles of the body. By combining Pilates with Strength Training, we are able to offer a full body workout, targeting both the smaller and the larger muscles in each class.
Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination. It can also help reduce stress and tension, alleviate back pain, and improve overall body awareness.
Most of our classes are 45 minutes long, but we also offer some shorter 30-minute classes and longer 60-minute classes for those who want a more intense workout.
We offer a variety of classes, including weight training, Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and specialty fusion classes of yoga, barre, and HIIT.
