Designed to be fun, and challenging, Align increases your mind-body connection, building strength and flexibility, all while maintaining a low-impact and safe practice. This is the perfect class for those just starting out, or at a medium advancement in their pilates practice.
A mindful and deliberate practice that focuses on controlled and graceful movements. This class is built heavily upon the classical system of Pilates. This is a technical class, with a slower pace to each move, allowing you to connect and deepen your Pilates practice each time you get on the reformer.
Techniques focuses on the 6 original principles of Joseph Pilates: Align/Precision, Breathwork, Center, Control, Flowing Movement, and Concentration.
Techniques is developed for those wishing to dive deeper into their practice, and great for your first time, or your 400th time.

Lift-lates, a combination of Pilates and weight training involving integrating the core-focused principles of Pilates with the strength-building aspects of weightlifting. Each class provides a full body engagement experience.
Lift-lates is a split class, where the first portion of class focuses on building the larger muscles using strength training. The second portion of class is held on the reformer and works through control, precision, and balance.
Barre is an upbeat tempo class with seamless blends of ballet barre with Pilates that creates total body movement. Together we’ll pulse, slide, extend, and contract, all while focusing on using our breath to active the deep core.
Barre Burn: Offered in a heated room during colder months.
This leveled-up Barre class layers deeper ranges of motion, heavier weights, and bursts of intensity. Each Power Barre class has you showing up for yourself and embracing the challenge of heavier weights to create a strong, full-body work while still leaving space for grace.
Power Barre is typically a barre-less class, but can incorporate props of bands, balls, sliders, and the occasional barre.
