Align is based on the foundations of the classic system of Pilates, mixed with the fun and creativity of a modern reformer workout. Designed to be fun, and challenging, using a combination of extension springs to help you engage your core, increase your mind-body connection, all while maintaining a low-impact and safe practice. This is the perfect class for those just starting out, or at a medium advancement in their pilates practice.
In order to give you the personal attention that is necessary during class, we limit this class to a maximum of 10 clients.
A mindful and deliberate practice that focuses on controlled and graceful movements. This class is built heavily upon the classical system of Pilates, with a creative twist. This is a technical class, with a slower pace to each move, allowing you to connect and deepen your Pilates practice with each time you get on the reformer. Come explore the 6 original principles in this class of: Align/Precision, Breathwork, Center, Control, Flowing Movement, and Concentration.
Techniques is developed to suit everyone from their first class, to an advanced level of reformer pilates.
